Who presides over the joint session of the Parliament?

Explanation

Under Article 118(4) of the Constitution, at a joint sitting of the two Houses, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha presides; and in the Speaker’s absence, such person as may be determined by rules of procedure shall preside.
