B.P.S.C. (CDPO) (Pre) 2018 After the failure of the Non-Cooperation Movement, the Swaraj Party (Congress–Khilafat Swaraj Party) was formed in 1923 by C. R. Das and Motilal Nehru. C. R. Das became its president, and Motilal Nehru became its general secretary. A branch of the Swaraj Dal was formed in Bihar, and Shri Krishna Singh was made its leader.
