Which political institution in India has reserved seats for women?

Explanation

In India, under the Constitution, one-third of the seats are reserved for women at all levels in Panchayati Raj Institutions. In many states, women’s reservation in local bodies has been increased to 50%. At present, through the 106ᵗʰ Constitutional Amendment Act, 2023, one-third of the seats have also been reserved for women in the Lok Sabha, State Legislative Assemblies, and the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This reservation is to be implemented after delimitation carried out on the basis of the first Census held after 2023. The Constitution mentions that this reservation will be for 15 years.
