## Page 11 The Right to Constitutional Remedies (Art. 32) provided by the Indian Constitution is available to non-citizens in relation to those Fundamental Rights which are available to them. It is noteworthy that under Article 300A, the right to property (i.e., a person shall not be deprived of his property except by authority of law) is also available to non-citizens; however, it does not include the right to acquire property [which, in the original Constitution, was available to citizens under Article 19(1)(f)]. In fact, the right to acquire property is no longer a constitutionally guaranteed right.
