Explanation

Satyendra Prasanna Sinha was born on 24 March, 1863, at Raipur in Birbhum, Bengal. He was the first Indian to be appointed Advocate General of Bengal in 1905. His appointment to this post was confirmed in 1908. In 1920, he was appointed Governor of Bihar and Orissa, and he was the first Indian to obtain this post in administration.
