When was the first Bill for the amendment of the Indian Constitution presented?

Explanation

The Constitution (First Amendment) Bill was introduced in 1951. Through this amendment, Articles 15, 19, 85, 87, 174, 176, 341, 342, 372 and 376 were amended, and two new Articles 31-A and 31-B, along with the 9ᵗʰ Schedule, were added to the Constitution.
