The second ASEAN-India summit was held in October 2003, in which India was represented by- Along with the 9th ASEAN Summit, the second meeting of the ASEAN–India Summit was held on 8 October, 2003, on the scenic Bali Island of Indonesia. In this summit meeting, India’s then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee participated. The 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits were held in November, 2022, chaired by the Prime Minister of Cambodia. The 43rd ASEAN Summit was held in September, 2023, in Indonesia. The 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits were held in October, 2024, in Lao PDR. Along with this, the 21st edition of the ASEAN–India Summit was also held in Lao PDR. On 26 October, 2025, the 22nd ASEAN–India Summit was held in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
