Join logo (553) ## Page 2 From 26–28 February 2019, the second meeting of five Asian rhino-range countries was held at Indira Paryavaran Bhavan, New Delhi. Representatives of the governments and non-governmental organisations of the Asian rhino countries—India, Nepal, Bhutan, Indonesia and Malaysia—participated in this meeting. To increase the population of three Asian rhino species, these five countries signed the ‘New Delhi Declaration on Asian Rhinos, 2019’. These three species include the Greater one-horned rhino found in the Indian subcontinent, the Javan rhino, and the Sumatran rhino.
